Renato abandonou a carreira como redator na \u00e1rea de publicidade para se dedicar \u00e0 maquiagem. \u201cEu lembro que ficava horas nos arquivos das ag\u00eancias folheando livros de fotografia e todas as revistas de moda que podia encontrar. Foi quando eu comecei a me interessar por maquiagem\u201d.Em NY, j\u00e1 colaborou com os makes de desfile como Marc Jacobs, Donna Karan, Michael Kors, Louis Vuitton, John Galliano, DKNY, Narciso Rodriguez, Alexander Wang, Karl Lagerfeld, Matthew Williamson, Malandrino, Zac Posen, Proenza Scholer, BCBG, Marc by Marc Jacobs, Tommy Hilfinger, J Mendell, Philip Lim 3.1, Carolina Herrera, entre outros.
