dos produtos de beleza  <\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>A Unilever, empresa detentora de marcas como Dove e Tresemm\u00e9, anunciou que remover\u00e1 a palavra &#8216;normal&#8217; de todos os seus produtos de beleza e cuidados pessoais.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta decis\u00e3o faz parte do compromisso de promover a diversidade e a inclus\u00e3o no setor da beleza e chega junto com a promessa de interromper a edi\u00e7\u00e3o excessiva dos corpos e da cor da pele nas fotos das modelos que estrelam as campanhas da empresa.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cCom um bilh\u00e3o de pessoas usando nossos produtos de beleza e cuidados pessoais todos os dias, e ainda mais vendo nossa publicidade, nossas marcas t\u00eam o poder de fazer uma diferen\u00e7a real na vida das pessoas\u201d, disse Sunny Jain, presidente da divis\u00e3o de beleza e cuidados pessoais da Unilever. \u201cSabemos que remover o &#8216;normal&#8217; de nossos produtos e embalagens n\u00e3o resolver\u00e1 sozinho o problema, mas \u00e9 um passo importante\u201d, acrescentou ela.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O an\u00fancio da Unilever ainda citou uma pesquisa com 10.000 pessoas em nove pa\u00edses, das quais 56% disseram que a ind\u00fastria da beleza e dos cuidados pessoais pode fazer as pessoas se sentirem exclu\u00eddas e mais de 70% afirmaram que as duas ind\u00fastrias devem ampliar suas defini\u00e7\u00f5es de beleza.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Que esta decis\u00e3o sirva de exemplo para outras grandes empresas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-youtube wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<span class=\"embed-youtube\" style=\"text-align:center;
