A primeira ser\u00e1 um tataki &#8211; t\u00e9cnica japonesa de preparo do atum em que o peixe \u00e9 rapidamente selado, ficando cozido por fora e rosado no centro. Ter\u00e1 o arremate de dois molhos, um \u00e0 base de ponzu ao perfume de yuzu e outro \u00e0 base de miss\u00f4 com toques dos sabores do nordeste, que poder\u00e1 ser saboreado com o shari (arroz para sushi) e ovas. Enquanto a segunda receita ser\u00e1 o tekkamaki (sushi enrolado de atum envolto em alga nori) e para entreter o paladar enquanto preparam os pratos, o kit completo ainda conta com um tartar de atum com pepino, brotos e alga wakame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O atum n\u00e3o foi escolhido \u00e0 toa. Al\u00e9m de ter grande import\u00e2ncia para a gastronomia tradicional japonesa, ele ir\u00e1 garantir um interc\u00e2mbio cultural, j\u00e1 que o ingrediente que permeia a hist\u00f3ria da fam\u00edlia de Sabur\u00f3 ser\u00e1 trazido diretamente do Nordeste para que os participantes de S\u00e3o Paulo possam realizar a mesma experi\u00eancia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Todos os ingredientes, hashis e um conjunto de cer\u00e2mica assinado pela artes\u00e3 Terezinha Gonzaga ser\u00e3o enviados em um kit (R$290) que pode ser adquirido por quem mora nas cidades de S\u00e3o Paulo e Recife.
