A primeira foi criada visando aumentar a participa\u00e7\u00e3o das mulheres &#8211; principalmente negras e ind\u00edgenas &#8211; na pol\u00edtica do Brasil, enquanto a segunda promove a lideran\u00e7a e os direitos.
